Dr. Kleman was born in Lima, Ohio. He graduated from University of Akron. He completed his M.D. at Wright State University. He did his pediatric residency at West Virginia School of Medicine. He then joined Union Associated Physicians Clinic in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he has been for two years.
