Stephanie J. Fangman, M.D. has been practicing medicine with Columbus Pediatrics since 1983. She received her undergraduate degree from Ball State University in 1976. She attended medical school and received her MD degree from Indiana University in 1980. Dr. Fangman then completed an internship and residency in pediatrics from Riley Hospital for Children. Upon completing her residency in 1983, she joined Columbus Pediatrics.

Dr. Fangman is board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics. She and her husband have three children. She is a cheerleading coach and sponsor. She enjoys knitting and scrap booking.
